Terms and Conditions – YTP Subscription Panel

1. Membership Overview

The YTP Subscription Panel offers two membership tiers: VIP Gold Package and VIP Platinum Package. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.
  • VIP Gold Package: £105 per month.
  • VIP Platinum Package: £65 per month.
  • Payments must be made via the approved payment method on file.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.

3. Minimum Commitment

• All subscriptions require a minimum commitment period of 3 months. • Early cancellation within the first 3 months may result in forfeiture of any accrued benefits.

4. Cancellation Policy

• After the initial 3-month period, subscriptions may be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. • No refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. Discount Benefits

  • VIP Gold members receive 20% off treatments after 3 consecutive months of active subscription.
  • VIP Platinum members receive 10% off treatments after 3 consecutive months of active subscription.
  • Discounts apply only to treatments at regular price and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

6. Free Botox Treatments

  • VIP Gold: o Eligible after 6 months of continuous subscription. o Includes 3 areas of standard Botox, redeemable twice per 12-month period.
  • VIP Platinum: o Eligible after 6 months of continuous subscription. o Includes 3 areas of standard Botox, redeemable once per 12-month period.
  • Free treatments must be used within 3 months of becoming eligible.
  • If not used within this 3-month period, the free treatment will be forfeited for any reason.
  • Botox treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Treatments are non-transferable.

7. Bonus Treatments

  • VIP Gold: o Eligible after 6 months of continuous subscription. o One bonus treatment may be selected every 6 months.
  • VIP Platinum: o Eligible after 9 months of continuous subscription. o One bonus treatment may be selected once per eligibility period.
  • Bonus treatments must be used within 3 months of becoming eligible.
  • If not used within this 3-month period, the bonus treatment will be forfeited for any reason.
  • Bonus treatments must be selected from the listed options and are subject to availability.
  • Bonus treatments are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

8. Appointment Policy

  • All treatments must be booked in advance.
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the treatment.

9. Medical Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment.
  • YTP reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
  • No refunds or substitutions will be provided in such cases.

10. Non-Transferability

  • Membership benefits, discounts, and treatments are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

11. Changes to Terms

  • YTP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Members will be notified of any significant changes.

12. General Conditions

  • All treatments are subject to availability and practitioner discretion.
  • Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services unless explicitly stated.
  • By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
